I posted earlier about this, and my credit card is armed and ready to go, but I'm hesitating on making the final decision. So, a poll it is.

Poll #680245 Bekki has few decision-making skills...

Renaissance Faire Costume advice needed

Okay, I've been looking at costumes for almost a year now, and I've finally decided to go for it. I haven't gone to a faire in years, but I'm hoping that spending some money will give me a little bit more incentive. Worse comes to worse, I have a Halloween costume for this year.

So, I bought a peasant shirt perhaps 14 years ago, and it's never been worn, but I think that it'll do still (and amazingly still fits). Now I need some advice. What would be some good, basic costume pieces to go for? I'm having a hard time deciding whether to just go for the skirt and bodice, or whether I should go a little fancier with an overdress and underskirt. What else should I be thinking of getting?
